Business Translation
Goal
Translate website content into the business languages with AI. The settings apply to every website of the business.
Before You Start
- Only a business owner or admin can change these settings.
- Connect an AI provider and choose a translation model in Settings then Connections. Translation cannot be turned on until the business AI is ready.
- Add the languages you need. See Business Languages.
Steps
- In the business dashboard, open Settings then Languages.
- In the Translation card, turn on translation.
- Keep Translate new languages automatically on to translate the website pages when you add a language.
- Turn on Translate articles automatically to translate published articles into every business language.
- Save.
Settings
| Setting | Default | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Translation | Off | Allows AI translation of pages, articles, FAQs, hotels and cities on every website of the business. |
| Translate new languages automatically | On | When a language is added to the business, the pages of every website are translated into it. |
| Translate articles automatically | Off | Published articles are translated into every business language, including languages added later. |
Translated pages are saved as a draft. Review them and publish the website theme.
Verify After Completion
- The Translation card shows the business AI as ready.
- On a website, the translate buttons (theme editor, articles, FAQs) are available.
Troubleshooting
- Translation cannot be turned on: the business AI is not ready. Check the provider and the model in Settings then Connections.
- Translated pages are not visible: they are saved as a draft. Publish the theme after review.
- If the issue persists, share a screenshot and the exact steps with support.
